Exchange / return policy. 
All shortages and requests to return merchandise must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of order.  Any returns after 10 days from receipt of order may be subject to a restocking charge.  No return privilege will be granted after 30 days from receipt of goods or on special orders.  All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.
